Answer

Wear what makes you comfortable. No, no, not that comfortable. A liiiiitle nicer. Yes, that! Perfect. But seriously, come in whatever is nicer than pajamas but also makes you happy. We certainly won't judge.

Why'd you choose to get married at the Museum of the Earth?

We like the space because it's engaging and informative, and because of the bountiful metaphors.

Is your reception in the same space as the wedding?

Answer

Yes! All activities on the day of the wedding will be at the Museum of the Earth. Rain or shine.

Do you offer transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We're currently planning on offering Lyft credits for wedding guests. If that's something you'd like to use, please let us know when you respond to your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, but there will be many fragile things, so please instruct them to be on their best behavior!

If I see a fossil I like, may I keep it?

Will either of you be taking the other's name?

Nope. Even as our lives become intertwined, the names and identities of the individuals will endure.

Is there any chance we'll be eaten by dinosaurs?

0% chance. They've been dead a very long time, and we don't have enough genetic material to recreate them.

What should I expect at the reception?

Answer

We're planning a tapas-style menu. We hope you'll be able taste, socialize with friends and family, and wander the museum. Since there's likely to be more than a few Wells alumni in attendance, there might be some raucous singing of Wells songs. TBD on cake cutting and other rituals.

I have allergies or other dietary restrictions - can I be sure there'll be something for me to eat?

When you respond to your invitation, you'll have the option to share any allergies or dietary restrictions. We'll do our level best to accommodate.
