While there is no strict dress code, we encourage you to embrace the festivities and consider dressing in garden attire to add to the celebratory atmosphere. Garden attire: wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in softer hues, and fun hats. Feel free to express your personal style and have some fun with your outfit!

Is there a rain plan for an outdoor wedding?
Answer
Absolutely, we've got it all covered! In case of rain, we have a beautiful timber barn on my parent's property that will serve as the perfect backup location for our ceremony. So, rain or shine, we are fully prepared to make our day special and memorable.

Are dietary restrictions considered for the menu?

Your dietary preferences and restrictions are important to us, and we want to ensure that everyone enjoys the meal to the fullest. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so that we can accommodate your needs and make the dining experience as enjoyable as possible. Your advance notice will help us plan accordingly, and we appreciate your cooperation in making our celebration inclusive and delightful for all.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly request that you allow our professional photographers and videographers to capture the special moments during the ceremony. We want everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience and enjoy the moment without any distractions from devices.

Is there a hotel block for accommodations?
Answer
No, but we recommend the Eldridge Hotel if you'd like to enjoy downtown Lawrence while you're in town. If you'd like to be close to the wedding venue, we recommend the Holiday Inn in south Lawrence.
