Some love stories take time and theirs started long before they even realized it. Travis and Alyssa went to high school together, crossing paths in hallways and classrooms without ever really seeing each other that way. Looking back, it feels like something or someone had an invisible string quietly tying them together, just waiting for the right moment. That moment came in the summer of 2019. They reconnected after high school and something clicked. The timing was easy, the connection was instant. That fall, with Travis in his junior year of college and Alyssa in her sophomore year, they finally turned their connection into something official. What began as a summer spark quickly turned into something much more. Over the past six years, they've grown together through nearly every season of life. From vacations, to finishing school, changing jobs, and making a home in Kansas City, they’ve built a life full of laughter, support, and adventure. Every chapter has only made their relationship stronger. In October of 2024, Travis got down on one knee and asked Alyssa a question that didn’t even need thinking. The answer was always yes. Now, we’re so excited to start our next chapter, married life, with a celebration in May 2026, surrounded by all the people we love most. We can't wait to share this special moment with you!
