FAQs

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to Devon at (413) 230-4181 or Travis at (207) 604-0159.
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to find parking, walk to the ceremony area, grab a cold drink, and find a seat.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire. Please note that a large part of the day will be spent outside. Make sure you can walk in the grass with whatever shoes you wear! Even the warmest summer day can get chilly at night, so remember to pack a sweater.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The Wells Reserve at Laudholm has a large lot with ample parking. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony and reception area, which will be clearly marked.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered on Zola. You can see our wish list under the "Registry" tab above. Some items are from Zola, and others are linked to another website.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we listed a few recommendations under the "Travel" tab above.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact Devon at (413) 230-4181. We will try our best to accommodate special requests due to allergies. All of the dinner options are gluten free!

Question

Where can I grab a bite to eat before the wedding?

Answer

Restaurants in the area fill up quickly in the summer. If you'd like to plan a sit-down meal to enjoy while you're in town, we highly recommend making reservations well in advance. If you don't have reservations, or are looking for something quick, we've listed a few of our favorite spots: -Cherie's: in downtown Kennebunk, Cherie's offers sandwiches, soups, and baked goods. -Ocean Roll: on Route 1, Ocean Roll is our go-to food truck for lobster rolls and other seafood sandwiches. -Cape Porpoise Kitchen: On the way to Goose Rocks Beach, Cape Porpoise Kitchen offers a large selection of pre-made deli foods and local goodies. -New Morning Natural Foods: New Morning has a great deli with the best selection of vegan and gluten free options.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. We recommend having access to a car to get to and from the ceremony.
