Our Ceremony

Outdoor Casual: Khakis, sandals, sun dresses. It will be the solstice, the longest day of the year, and will be one of the hottest since it's summer in Arizona. So, please bring light, airy clothes to wear!
We will be walking from the cabin to an area just up the hill for the actual ceremony. All guests will be part of the wedding procession as we walk up to the ceremony location so please be there before 5:00 pm! Guests will stand in a circle around the wedding party during the ceremony so there will not be any chairs. The ceremony will be short and sweet!
After Party
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Casual.
Join us for a backcountry BBQ after we get hitched! There will be ribs, hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, salads, deviled eggs, etc. It will be a true summer evening picnic! There will be non alcoholic beverages along with home brewed beer and mead, but if you want something different, feel free to bring your own beverage! Along with lots of food, there will be games and music.
Flagstaff Adventure
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Casual--Hiking friendly!
We have the cabin until Sunday morning. People are welcome to depart or stay. There are numerous hikes in and around Flagstaff. If you want to join us for a family hike, you may. Or, you can venture out on your own and then come back for dinner back at the cabin. We will identify options for people during brunch and then go from there with a plan.

Feel free to join us for a casual dinner in Flagstaff somewhere Saturday night. Or, you are welcome to do your own thing! If you would like to stay at the cabin for this night, just let us know so we know who is sticking around or leaving.

Sunday Departure

If you stayed Saturday night, you need to be out of the cabin by 11:00 am. We will be packing up in the morning and hitting the road for Prescott between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. We will probably stop and have breakfast somewhere or just eat a basic breakfast at the cabin. Feel free to join us!
