Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to know your plans as soon as possible. We ask that everyone RSVP by March 21, 2025 at the latest. If we do not hear from you by this date, you will be missed but we need to get an accurate headcount to our vendors in a respectable amount of time.

Question

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. This means phones put away and on silent. We invite you to be completely present during one of the most intimate moments of our lives. Our photographer/videographer team is incredible and will share the photos as soon as we have them. During the reception, take as many photos as you’d like!

Question

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

Guest should arrive to the venue by 5 pm. This will give you plenty of time to get dropped off/park and find a seat. Gates to the property will close a few minutes before the ceremony starts. Please keep in mind our wedding is on a Friday afternoon and about a 40 minute drive from Downtown when planning your ride!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends & family dressed up with us! We are requesting black-tie optional attire for our guests. For men, a tuxedo or a suit with a jacket and tie/bow tie is acceptable. For women, floor length gowns or mid length formal dresses are perfect! No jeans or sneakers please. Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, cream, ivory, etc.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. When RSVPing you will be able to see who is in your party. If you do not see additional names, we have reserved a seat for just you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with a few exceptions for family members. We encourage you to use this evening as a night off!

Question

Is there parking at the venue? Anything else to note about transportation?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site, however, you may not leave cars overnight. We will be having an open bar, so please drink responsibly if you choose to drive. Due to the location of the venue, we recommend scheduling your uber back to your hotel ahead of time. If you chose to wait until that evening, wait times might be a bit longer than usual. We will also have a few shuttles heading back downtown at the end of the night (10:30 pm). If you plan to join us on the shuttles, please include that in your RSVP.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The newlyweds would love to dance off their hangovers with you on the street that makes Nashville famous - Broadway! No set schedule but there will be a WhatsApp group to keep everyone updated as we move bars. Feel free to come and go as you please on Saturday. If this isn’t your scene or you want more to do, head to our "things to do" section for some of our favorite things to do in Music City.
