Yes in general. There are a couple options: 1. If your phone is paid off, the best option would be getting an eSIM card (Airalo, aloSIM) 2. You can request an international data plan prior to flying out of the US.
We recommend at least 4-5 days (including wedding day). It is a beautiful beach town with many beautiful and fun places to visit and great local cuisine to explore.
There are no direct flights to Da Nang from California, so you have a couple of options: 1. You can fly directly to Ho Chi Minh (SGN) then take another short flight to Da Nang (DAD). If you choose this option we would recommend to visit Ho Chi Minh for a couple days to explore the biggest city of Vietnam. 2. You can have a stop over in another country (typically Taiwan, South Korea, or Japan), then fly to Da Nang (DAD). This is recommended if you would like to visit one of the above countries, we love this option because if you have a long layover it allows you to explore for a bit.

Yes, everyone will need a visa to enter Vietnam. We recommend everyone to apply for the visa a month before your flight.
