How to upgrade your room

Room Cancelation Policy
Any room cancellation must be made by phone call or in writing by email to our “Call Center / Reservations” Department at grupos.paradisus.playadelcarmen@melia.com, The cancellation number will be sent by email. - For cancellations of bookings received 46 days or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. - Cancellations of bookings received from 45 days to 31 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equivalent for a one night stay to be charged to the Credit card number provided upon reservation. - 30 days prior to arrival date a complete cancellation, No Show or early departures will result in total charge for the entire stay. - No Shows and Early Departure. The Hotel will consider a no show the contracted rooms or passengers that do not arrive in the programmed date. The no shows and early departures will be invoiced at the contracted rate for the entire stay to be charged to the Credit card number provided upon reservation.
