Dan and I met at a Valentine's Day party where he was dancing in a cast because he had just torn his Achilles' heel. During our few first dates, I opened every door for him and he always expressed how he would repay me for being so kind one day (I'm still waiting). I moved across the country to Philadelphia only a month later for my fellowship and was uncertain about our future together. Fast forward to 2023, we're going to get married!!! Can't wait to celebrate with all of our loved ones.
