FAQs

Before You Saddle Up, check out these FAQ's! If you have a question not answered here, please either reach out to the Bride and Groom!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Late October to early November! We need plenty of time to get final head counts in!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to give yourself time to get settled in!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We love a dressed up look with western personality! Think formal silhouettes paired with western details. Examples: - Elegant dresses, midi or floor length, styled with boots or heels - Suits, blazers or dress jeans with cowboy boots and your best felt hat (although you will have to remove it during the ceremony!) Please avoid wearing: espresso brown, sage green, any shade of blue and of course, ANY shade of white, ivory or cream!! Dressy, polished and western-inspired is the goal! Feel free to rock all the accessories! Cowboy hats are HIGHLY encouraged!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If "and guest" or your guest's name is listed on your invitation, you are welcome to bring a plus one.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! We will have an onsite sitter to take charge of the kiddos once the party starts!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors in the gorgeous open air chapel at The Allen Farmhaus. Cocktail hour will be in the outdoor courtyard and dinner and reception will be held indoors in the barn! Please dress accordingly for weather conditions.
