We met in the Fall of 2018 when we were both working at a residential/day school for children with Autism. Stephen had just come back from Abu Dhabi and Gina finally got an 8-4 pm schedule - life was sweet and who knew it was going to get sweeter? If anybody asks, Gina is the one who asked for Stephen's number, and Stephen will say otherwise, but all we remember is our co-workers saying "oooooo!" We both worked in the same classroom, so after getting the OK from our boss, we hung out with each other 24/7, ate so much delicious food, traveled to San Diego, and went to concerts; it was the best friend we both needed. The love that formed became natural, unconditional, and warm. Once we got Loki, our first child ;) our little family began...
