FAQs

Question

When do you need my RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs are due by August 15, 2026 so we can get an accurate headcount for food and beverages. If you’re unsure, please go ahead and RSVP—we’d much rather have a little extra than not enough!

Question

Am I able to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and budget, your invitation will indicate if a plus-one has been reserved for you. If no “+1” is listed, we’re only able to include those invited.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children may attend if they are included on your invitation. If they aren’t listed, we kindly ask that you enjoy this as a special date night.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire—we’d love to see our favorite people looking their best!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive by 5:00 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive late, a member of our vendor team may kindly pause you to avoid any distractions during the ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes—parking is available in the large gravel lot directly to the south of the building when you pull in.

Question

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving Walking Tacos—a fun nod to our time together in the Oologah High School band. It was tradition for the Stallion Battalion to serve them at the first marching contest of each season, and when Caitlyn’s dad suggested we include them at the wedding, we fell in love with the idea.

Question

Will there be drinks offered?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a bar featuring two signature cocktails named after our beloved fur babies, Foster and Ellie, along with a selection of beer, seltzers, and wine. We’ll also have non-alcoholic options including tea, water, and lemonade.
