What’s the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP card and pre-stamped envelope included in your invitation. You can also use this website to RSVP. Lastly, you can text, call or email Tram or Simon at tramandsimon@gmail.com to share RSVP details.

What will COVID guidelines be for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to have updated vaccines and boosters to protect yourselves and other guests, especially elderly guests and those with pre-existing health conditions. You are welcome to wear a mask if it would make you feel more comfortable. Additionally, please do not attend if you are feeling sick. We will not be offended!

What's the dress code?

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, ao dais, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is family-friendly. If you’re bringing your children, please include them in the RSVP count.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes! If not, please just bring yourself.

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue (a parking lot and a ramp), including a section where you can leave your car overnight if plans change. There will be directional signage at the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 3:45pm so that guests can get seated on time for the ceremony.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All three parts of the wedding will take place indoors. There will be an outdoor space available for people who want to step outside or catch some fresh air.

What is the order of events?

Answer

We’ll start with a ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, then traditional Vietnamese banquet-style dinner - and dancing late into the night!

What type of food and drink will be served?
