Pricepoint Sacramento Airport: - SMF (30min from venue): Smaller airport, limited direct flights (nonstop available from EWR,DFW), higher price point from PHL Bay Area Airports: - SFO (1hr 45min from venue): Largest airport, most direct flights, best price point, - OAK, SJC (1hr 30min from venue): Smaller than SFO, some direct flights, similar price point. If you're planning to make a trip of it, you can also consider flying into SMF (Sacramento) and flying out of one of the Bay Area airports closer to more activities.

Shuttle

A shuttle will pick-up guests from the host hotels beginning at 3:45pm (Westin) followed by the Embassy Suites (4:15PM) to the Great Bear Winery (24800 County Rd 101A Davis, Yolo County, CA 95616). If you do not intend to return in a shuttle, we ask that you please drink responsibly or prepare to have a designated driver.

A bus will also be available for transporting guests for our wedding day festivities from the host hotels with a 4:45PM pick-up. Each bus will make 1 pickup at end of the reception to return guests to the hotels (10:30PM & 11:00 PM). If you do not intend to return on the bus, we ask that you please drink responsibly or prepare to have a designated driver. As a reminder, Ubers/Lyfts pick-ups from the Wedding venue are very inconsistent due to location.
