It all started with one statement, “How tall are you” and its going to end with “I Do”

About 5 years ago, I Emily prayed to god to send me a kind souled cajun boy. And on January 7, 2020, the worst year that could become, this sweet cajun boy decided to slide into my DMs. “Hey your beautiful, how tall are you?” Thats what he went with... as i sat there just out of a relationship 6 months before i read his page and noticed he was from abbeville. So i answered with “hey im 5’5ish, how tall are you” and apparently i made the cut, because since that moment its been non stop. Our relationship flourished very quickly. And then the pandemic hit. We grew stronger then i ever thought i could grow with someone. then hurricane laura hit. Devasting my town and locking me into work for about a month we realized we really could not do this life without each other. After delta hit we decided i was going to purchase my first home. What a whirlwind that was because during that time i got offered my dream job. Max has always been so supportive of me and never let me down. We are best friends and soulmates and this next year has so much to bring us! Thank you all for being a part of our journey!
