WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!

We began as friends, and decided to start our band Rizen Worship in 2012. We always had great chemistry as friends and in our ministry, but however, in 2014 our feelings for each other took a wild turn. We were very quiet about our love, but naturally, people began to realize and it was the one of the most challenging stages of our life together. Everybody we loved couldn't seem to understand or support us due to circumstances, but we just couldn't ignore how much we loved each other. In 2015, the Lord used a Prophet from our church to speak. He had a dream that he saw our names- "Jason & Sarah" on two red ribbons that tied a knot together. When he brought the dream up to our mothers and a few of members of our church, the Spirit of God moved in an unbelievable way...we weren't even there to witness it! We were eating lunch with our friends, talking about how we wanted an official answer from the Lord. God backed us up without us even realizing it, and for that, we are eternally grateful. On January 11, 2015, our unrequited love had been set free for the world to see and it was an official start of an amazing adventure. We were, and still are attached at the hip. Wherever you see Jason, you'll find Sarah...and vice versa! 6 years later and we are even more in love, still in ministry, and supporting each other to the fullest. Our love began with us against the world, but we had no clue that God, with his undeserved love, handpicked us for each other. One heart and mind, our love is hard to find. -Traeheno

On February 2nd, 2019, Jason took Sarah to a small, vintage movie theatre in Queens. Much to Sarah's surprise, of their friends were there to greet them. Sarah thought they were going to actually watch a movie and then he would propose at dinner... but she didn't expect what would happen next. They walked into the theatre and were all offered free popcorn and drinks, then walked into a theater room with verrry comfortable chairs. Everyone sat down and it felt like the movie took forever to begin. The same commercial about water and hiking kept playing and Sarah was growing really impatient! Then suddenly- the lights went down and the movie began but she doesn't see Jason and she started to feel anxious. The movie began and she saw Jason on the screen!!! He created a hilarious comedy sketch show and at the end of the video he asked her to marry him. At the end, a galaxy appeared on screen with the song "Epilogue" from La La Land playing, and he came out, took her by the hand, got down on one knee asked her to marry him. She screamed "Yes!!" and when she looked up, she saw all of their family and friends (that didn't walk in with them) cheering and shouting. They then went back to their church to celebrate with even more church family and friends and the two ended the night surrounded with laughter and love.
