Are there lodging and hotels nearby?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our big day with you in beautiful Bozeman, Montana! While we don’t have hotel blocks, here are some recommended hotels: The Residence Inn Downtown Bozeman, Holiday Inn Express Belgrade, The Lark Bozeman, or The Element Bozemen. You’ll also find plenty of cozy Airbnbs and VRBOs in the area, perfect for groups or families. Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) makes travel easy, and we recommend booking your stay early as Labor Day weekend is a busy time. We can’t wait to see you and make unforgettable memories together!

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - we will provide transportation from Downtown Bozeman and the Holiday Inn Express in Belgrade. (See FAQ’s and Travel Page about lodging & hotels nearby for more information).

Will there be any other out of pocket costs?

Answer

Out of pocket costs will be: 1. Individual lodging 2. Airfare or travel expenses from driving 3. Any individual excursions (ex: Yellowstone). 4. Individual meals outside of the wedding

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:15. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM.

Yes, we will provide the bar service.

It is on the tab called “registry” on this website. We are registered through Zola. Please let us know if you have any issues.

Is this a kid-friendly wedding?

Of course! We welcome all the kiddos.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No specific dress code. This is an outdoor wedding, so bring comfortable shoes and an extra jacket! We will be in Montana, so pack for any kind of weather.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a vegetarian and gluten free option, any nuts or dairy will be put to the side as optional adds. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, as long as you include them in your RSVP by 7/20/2025. If you don't RSVP for both you and your plus-one, we won't be able to accommodate. Thank you :)
