We have reserved blocks at 2 different hotels local to the Venue for discounted rates. Both hotels are about 15-20 minutes away from the venue. See below for more details on rates and what types of rooms are available. *NOTE: These hotel block rates are only valid through June 6th, so please book your hotel ASAP!

Shuttle
From Hotels to Venue & Back
July 6, 2024 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The shuttle bus will first stop at the Wyndham for a pickup at 2:00 pm. It will then stop by the Hampton Inn and pick up at 2:25 pm. If you plan on utilizing the shuttle to get to the venue from the hotel, please make sure to be ready at the specified time for your hotel. There will be a shuttle bus going back to both hotels at the end of the reception.
