RSVP with expected headcount by April 21st
Answer
Contact Tracy at (812) 453-7247, or respond to the Facebook event invite with your headcount and a song you would like to hear. We realize that things are crazy for everyone right now. Even if all you can give us is a maybe, it'll let us know how much food to prepare. We'll have room for everyone invited.

Will alcohol be provided?
Answer
Due to red tape and personal reasons, alcohol will not be provided.

How will I find the shelter?
Answer
Shelter 18 is pretty far back in the park. Follow the signs. We hope to have them marked with gold and white balloons. Yes, we do have permission. I can text a copy of the park map with the path highlighted when you RSVP. Please be aware that the exit back onto Nurrenburn Rd. is one way.

Are children invited?
Answer
Children are welcome and encouraged. Please include them in your headcount when contacting us with your RSVP.

Shelter 18 has adequate on site parking and has ADA accessible restrooms. Due to health concerns, please avoid using a flash for any pictures.

Will there be a full meal?
Answer
We will be serving a full meal, including various picnic foods and desserts. If you have a favorite picnic food, let us know!
