Seasons Transportation

If you booked 3 nights at the resort, your room includes transportation through Seasons Tours, the in-house tour and transfer agency at Excellence Hotels & Resorts. This is private round-trip transportation from the airport to the resort and back. Make sure to add your flight information to your booking once flights have been reserved so transport can be scheduled.

It’s available through Google Play and the Apple App Store. You can view the various restaurants, menus, dress codes, hours, entertainment schedules, spa menus, daily activities and more! First, choose “Finest” and then the “Playa Mujeres” location. If it prompts you to provide check-in information, you can hit “cancel,” and it will allow you to access the Resort information.

- Beach/Pool Towels - Hairdryer - Clothing steamer - Robe - Slippers - Body wash - Shampoo & Conditioner - Toothpaste Forget Something? There is a gift shop inside the resort, but prices will be outrageous ($30 for one bottle of sunscreen). There is also a convenience store, La Amada Express, that’s about a 5-minute walk from Finest. We recommend that you pack what you need, but if you do end up needing something, prices are pretty reasonable there.

Tipping at this resort is common. Although it is an all-inclusive resort, the staff works hard and appreciates any tips. They will remember you and take care of you! Drivers, Maids, Bellboys, and Restaurant/Bar servers are often tipped. Tip whatever you are comfortable with, there is no right or wrong. Make sure to bring small bills (1's, 5's, 10's), as larger bills may be difficult to break. It also may be difficult or expensive to take out cash when you get there so bring it with you from home. The staff prefers to be tipped in USD, so converting to pesos is not necessary.

Do your own THING! We do not expect any of our guests to hang with us the entire trip – this is your vacation too and you should live it up. The best thing about Finest? SO many ways to vacay - chill by the beach, join a fitness class or activity, party into the night, get room service, or stay way too long at the breakfast buffet! There will be about 100 of us there!
