Fun in Cross Lake
Our family has had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful city of Cross Lake during our visits to his parents house. If you'd like to stay in Cross Lake for the weekend, it is only 20-minutes from the venue and the town has a lot to offer! Enjoy the cute shops & antique stores you will find in town. Try your hand at minigolf at Whistling Wolf in town. Grab a bite to eat at one of our favorites, Pine Peaks Restaurant, and follow it up with ice cream from Lake Country Crafts & Cones! Or, enjoy pizza from Zorbaz Cross Lake followed by a beer at 14 Lakes Brewing Company.
Day trip to downton Nisswa
Lastly, one of our favorites is the quaint Nisswa downtown. There is so much to enjoy including dozens of unique shops, restaurants, and sweet shops. The full taste of MN in one spot.
