What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire required please. ie: dress, suit. (Sneakers, jeans, t-shirts, hats and sweatshirts are not permitted).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation. We have reserved seats for those invited and cannot accommodate any extra if your invite doesn’t list a plus one. Thank you for understanding.

What time does the shuttle pick guests up at the hotel prior to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have two 10-passenger limos and a large bus leaving the hotel promptly at 4pm to bring guests to the wedding. Please note: this is the ONLY chance for transportation if you don’t want to drive your own car.

What are the step by step directions from Sonesta Hotel to Grand View?

Answer

Start out going west on Fortune Blvd toward Cedar St/MA-85. Turn left onto Cedar St/MA-85 (Wendy’s will be on the corner). Turn right onto E Main St/MA-16. Continue to follow MA-16. Turn slight left onto Nipmuc Dr.

Are children/babies allowed to come?

We ask that no children under 3 years old attend. Thank you for understanding.

Will the bus remain on site and bring us back to hotel at any time during the night if needed?

Answer

Our transportation will remain on site during entire reception, but will only do one early bird trip at 9:30pm to go back to hotel. This will be the one and only early trip provided.
