Can we invite other guests?

Answer

When you send your RSVP, you will also see any other guests that are included with your invitation. Since there is very limited space, and because this is a SURPRISE anniversary gift for the groom, we are asking that you NOT share your invitation link or invite any additional guests.

Is there a preferred hotel for out of town guests?

Answer

Since most of the guests are local, there is no specific hotel blocked. However, there is a list of nearby hotels shown under the Hotel Accommodations link.

Where will the reception be held? I didn’t see it on the site.

Answer

For convenience purposes, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location which eliminates traveling in between.

Are masks required?

Answer

In the spirit of promoting a safe environment for everyone, we are recommending that you wear a mask but we are not requiring it. We want everyone to feel comfortable and we ask you to be mindful that there will be others in attendance that may have compromised health conditions.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Since this is our 25th anniversary we do not need any gifts. You sharing this day with us is the best gift. If you would like to give us something, Visa gift cards or gift cards to Amazon, Sam’s, Walmart or Target would be appreciated.

What should I do if I cannot find my name when I search?

Answer

If you are not able to locate your name, it may be spelled differently on the guest list. Please contact the Wedding Coordinator at 336-414-5303 for assistance.

Will guests that arrive late be allowed to enter?

Answer

We certainly hope that everyone will be on time and seated before the ceremony begins. However, if guests arrive late, they will not be allowed to enter until after the ceremony but they will be able to enter the lobby area and watch the ceremony from there. To make sure you know where to be and at what time, the ceremony begins at 2:00pm and will be held at Salem Lake Marina, 815 Salem Lake Rd Winston Salem NC 27107.
