Sand Harbor Beach

Great drive to take going from North Tahoe to South Tahoe or just to drive to and stop to see! On a sunny day it looks like a fake backdrop.
Truckee River
The Truckee is a beautiful river that flows from the Lake in Tahoe City and down the mountain to Truckee. We have floated the river multiple times and it also has a wonderful biking/running trail that stops at River Ranch Lodge!
Rosie's Cafe
Rosie's is a fantastic place for Bruch/Lunch! You can sit outside on the porch and look out at the lake or go inside to a building that feels like an antique ski shop!
Olympic Bike Shop
The best place to rent bikes to ride along the Truckee!
Jake's On The Lake
Jake's is the first dinner we went to on our first trip to Lake Tahoe! It sits right on the water and gives unbelievable views of the sunset and moonrise!
Tahoe City Golf Course
This may not be the top course in the area but it is definitely the most fun! Great views, great drinks and a great time!
Christy Hill
Right next to Jake's-on-the-Lake but a very relaxed feel. Sit out back on the "sand" patio if you can get a table with a space heater!!
