Is there a dress code?

Dress code is cocktail attire/beach elegant.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on E Bay Street in front of the venue. There is also street parking up and down downtown Southport and is easy walking distance. For handicap parking, there is some available when you turn into the venue by the tennis courts.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June to allow for an accurate head count on food.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

While there is no other official event, John and Tracy will be exploring downtown Southport that Friday night from 8pm - 10pm for anyone who wants to come and say hello and spend some extra time with us. This is casual and unofficial - food and drink will not be provided. They will start at Royal James Rummery and will update time and location if anything changes.

Is the celebration inside or outside?

Answer

Both! We have tables and dancing inside the venue but there are lovely water views on the deck, a great place for photos and a game of corn hole.
