Shuttle Service

A shuttle service will be picking people up from the hotel and bringing them to the venue. The first shuttle will be departing the hotel at 4:30pm and the second one at 4:45pm. Keep in mind that check in at the hotel is at 4pm so this does not allow for much time to get fully ready at the hotel. Please, please try to be ready for the first bus. The second bus is for the stragglers that get in a little late. If you are staying in one of the Airbnbs but would still like to take the shuttle, please make sure to be at the hotel to meet the shuttle. For the shuttles departing the venue to go back to the hotel... We will have an early shuttle that will be leaving around 10pm for those of you that would like to head out earlier. Then we will have both shuttles leaving at 11pm to take everyone else back at the end of the reception.

Parking
If you plan to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking available! Please note that maps might take you to the owners house but there is an actual venue entrance that you should use instead. When coming from the hotel, go past where it tells you to turn at the house and a couple hundred feet on the left you will see the big gated entrance with a bear statue as you pull in. Follow the gravel driveway to the right of the bear statue down to the venue and you can park in the grass on the right side. They will have parking attendants to assist you as you arrive as well. I also would like to note that the roads between the venue and hotel are very dark, windy back roads so please drive safely! If you drive to the venue and find that you had too much to drink, please leave your car and make use of the shuttle service. All cars can be picked up from the venue by 12pm on Sunday. We will have several of us in the wedding party that will need to return to get our cars as well so we can figure out rides where needed.
Hotel
The Inn at Blackstone
This is the main hotel where most people will be staying as well as where we will have the after party. There are limited rooms!! Most rooms are only 1 bed, 2 person occupancy. There are a couple of suites with 6 person occupancy. Please try to maximize occupancy of the suites. Please keep in mind that hotel check-in is at 4pm! This does not leave a lot of wiggle room to get ready so please plan ahead/get ready before you leave home if you are arriving on Saturday. Hotel update: The Inn at Blackstone is going through a system change to update to a more secure system after they had those spam messages sent out a month or so again. If you already have a reservation, you should be receiving an email from them for a cc authorization form. THIS IS NOT SPAM! They have transferred all of the reservations to the new system manually but the cc information did not transfer so they need you to fill this out. Please do so at your earliest convenience. The email from the hotel may likely be coming from Dianna Lester.
