FAQs

We know planning for a wedding weekend can come with lots of little details — so we’ve gathered everything you might want to know right here! From what to pack to where to stay, here’s the scoop to help you get ready for a fun, easygoing, and unforgettable celebration.
Question

Where’s the wedding taking place?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating at the beautiful 20 Mile House, located at 700 Old Cromberg Rd, Graeagle, CA 96103. You can learn more about the venue and see photos here: twentymilehouse.com

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 17th, 2026 — we can’t wait to know if you’ll be joining the fun!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal/cocktail attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so we recommend sensible heels or shoes that work well on grass and natural ground.

Question

What’s the weather like in Cromberg in July?

Answer

Expect warm, sunny days and cool evenings! Average highs are in the low 80s°F, and nights dip into the low 60s°F. Rain is extremely rare this time of year — less than 0.05 inches on average — but a light jacket for the evening is a great idea.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of on-site parking available for guests.

Question

How do I get there from the airport?

Answer

The 20 Mile House is about 68 miles from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. If you’re flying in, let us know your arrival times — we’ll do our best to coordinate with other guests to minimize rental cars or possibly arrange group transportation.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Most guests will be staying on site at the 20 Mile House cabins — the venue sleeps about 50 people. We’ll be organizing accommodations and will share pricing and room options once the guest list is finalized. Stay tuned for details!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly the best gift! We’re not requesting any physical gifts — just bring yourselves and your dancing shoes.

Question

What meals are provided?

Answer

We’ve got you covered for the rehearsal dinner and the reception dinner, both with an open bar. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Each cabin also has a full kitchen and BBQ, so plan to bring food and drinks for the other meals — Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast/lunch, Saturday breakfast/lunch, and Sunday breakfast. There are also some great local restaurants nearby (See link below).
