Out of care and caution for our guests, we have decided to postpone our celebration and keep our original wedding date for a ceremony and dinner with immediate family. What we really want for our wedding reception is a full on celebration; complete with a sweaty dance party, lots of hugging, and mask-free faces! And it looks like that will have to wait. Please save July 10, 2021 for our big celebration! In classic 2020 fashion, we hope you can join us on Zoom for our ceremony on August 8, 2020. We will be in touch with those details in August! We love you all so much and look forward to sharing our joy with you this August and again next July.
Where does one begin? When I (Tracy) was finishing up my undergrad at URI, one of my many jobs was working in a daycare at a gym. That's where I met Barb, Amanda (then a 1 1/2 y/o), and JT (3 y/o). Barb was looking for some babysitting and the rest was history. 12 years later, we are family. I couldn't be more grateful for taking that 4th part time job.
We LOVE your little munchkins with all our hearts. However, other than our beloved flower girls & ring bearer, this is a childless affair. Get out those contacts, find a trusted babysitter, and come party!
Barb and Jim's (our lovely hosts) house is in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street. We recommend carpooling (with a designated driver of course) or taking an Uber/taxi.
Guys: it's August, we get it. Suit optional. The groom will be looking spiffy in a suit but the groomsmen are wearing a button down and slacks. Wear what makes you feel like a million bucks! Gals: Sundress, jumpsuit, LBD, LWD, maxi, mini....wear what you feel the best in! We'll be on grass for ceremony & cocktail hour...may I suggest block heel over stiletto?
