COVID Updates

Changes are happening each week in California. They are slated to "fully open" June 15th. While we aren't sure what that exactly means or looks like for the Big Day, here's what we do know now. 1. I will need notification of vaccine or Negative covid-19 test (72 hours). You will need to inform me ahead of time per the vineyard request, but then also bring copies to the wedding for a quick check! 2. Masks are required to be worn when not eating or drinking. 3. Dancing, Drinking and Amazing food and wine are on deck along with a Photo Booth!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10 minutes before to allow time to get off the shuttle, enjoy the landscape and head to your seats. Shuttles will depart from AC Marriott or Fairmont Inn at 5 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire is requested. Tux's and long dresses are welcomed but so are suits and cocktail dresses. The complete event is outdoors so choose shoes wisely.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to/from the venue meeting at one of the hotels but there will be additional parking at the venue should you choose to go it your own way. We will update this as the time gets closer.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcomed to the party, however they are still your kids and your responsibility. We will have a "kids corner" but no babysitting available.
