When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 4, 2024. We have a lot to organize and want to ensure everything is perfect for our family and friends.

What Do I do if I cant make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing as "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children and we truly wish we could invite all our guests children to our wedding however due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of immediate family/or our wedding party.

Can I bring a guest?

We are pleased to reserve seats in your honor. If you plan to bring a guest, kindly provide their name to Tracie or John.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We love seeing our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Please come dressed to impress in your best formal cocktail attire—no jeans or denim, please.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Let's get the party started as planned! We recommend arriving thirty minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone is comfortably seated and ready on time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same facilities. Plenty of parking for everyone.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be indoors.

Can I take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We will be holding an unplugged ceremony, which means that once it begins, we kindly ask everyone to put away their phones and keep them silent. We want everyone to be fully present with us and allow our photographer to capture the best moments, which we will share with you later. After the ceremony, you are welcome to take as many pictures as you like and don't forget to share them with us using the hashtag we will provide.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, The drinks are on us for a limited time and the hangovers is on you-get ready to party! For this is the reason we encourage you to uber/lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Will there be dancing / DJ

Answer

We're looking forward to celebrating with all of our friends and family. We'll be dancing and want everyone to join us in kicking off our marriage and having an amazing time!
