What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses but flats are encouraged instead of heels. Gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants. The evening may be a little chilly as the night progresses.

We’re planning an intimate evening celebration by the river with candlelight and festivities continuing late into the night. While children are absolutely welcome, please note that the setting may not be ideally suited for little ones. If children do attend, we kindly ask that they remain with their parents or guardians at all times and stay within the designated event space for safety.

We will have beer, wine, seltzers, and a curated selection of pre-mixed cocktails available, along with a celebratory toast. Beverages will be beautifully arranged for guests to enjoy at their leisure throughout the evening.

Our registry is available on our website. We also adore meaningful experiences, so if you’d like, gift us your favorite date night — a restaurant, adventure, or activity you recommend — with a note so we can experience it and think of you while we do.

We kindly request that you respect our carefully planned guest list. Due to venue capacity constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically invited. Thank you for your understanding as we work to create an intimate and memorable celebration.

Yes, convenient parking is available at our family estate. Guests will be directed to a designated parking area, with a brief, scenic walk to the ceremony location. Upon arrival, we invite families to pause for a memorable group photo. To welcome you, we'll have light refreshments and drinks to enjoy before the main dinner celebration.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We've hired a talented photographer to beautifully document our special day, so we kindly ask that guests remain present and put their cameras away during the ceremony. This allows everyone to fully experience the moment and ensures our professional photographer can capture every precious detail without interruption.

We invite you to RSVP by May 1st by calling or texting Tracie. Due to our limited venue capacity, we'll be finalizing our guest list based on confirmed attendees, so your timely response is greatly appreciated.
