What rooms do you recommend?

Answer

Family oriented rooms Children under 2 years (no rate), 2-15 years old (child rate), 16 years and older (adult rate). For a Smaller family-(between 1-4) the resort recommends the Grand Luxe rooms. For a family of 5-9 they recommend the tropical rooms. Larger rooms are considered the butler category rooms.

How do I get to the resort?

Answer

Your all-inclusive package includes roundtrip airport transfers and arrangements are made by Beaches - no action on your part is required. Immediately outside of customs at the airport, you will find a Beaches Desk. A representative will lead you to an air-conditioned shuttle bus that will take you to the resort. To ensure your resort transfer is available at the time of your arrival, please provide your flight information by completing the online check-in form at https://checkin.sandals.com.

What if I don't want to stay at this resort?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does require guests outside of Sandals or Beaches resorts to pay a fee to come on property. Guests are also required to get transportation to and from the resort. The fees listed are for a partial day and a full day pertaining to the actual wedding day. The amount is per guest. Half wedding day pass - $150 - Wedding day only ( Guest can arrive 1 hour prior to wedding time (Arrive at 2pm), leave after wedding (7 pm) Full day pass - $280 (Guest can arrive as early as 10 am and leave by 12-midnight)

When do rooms need to be booked by?

We were advised to have your room booked by August 2025 to ensure that you receive the most cost affective room available to you. They are starting to book for October 2027.

How much is the down payment to book?

Answer

The down payment to book ANY room at Beaches Negril is $400.

Question

Do I have to pay for my whole trip when I book?

Answer

No! That's the beauty of us waiting until 2027. Your trip DOES NOT need to be paid off until 60 days prior to your arrival date. You just have to keep track of when and how many payments you'd like to make until that date!
