Daniel & Traci met in 2016 through a common connection while Traci was visiting Atlanta for work. While they each had other romantic interests at the time, the two remained friends throughout the years. In 2020, Daniel would check on Traci, who had experienced a series of personal & work hardships due to the pandemic. As the situation in NY and the rest of the United States worsened, the two explored a romantic relationship. Traci drove to Atlanta from NY, amidst the national chaos, for the couple's first date. They went to a speakeasy, biking, and enjoyed their time together. The rest was history! Throughout the next few months the couple traveled to visit each other, purchased a brownstone together, and were engaged on January 3, 2021.
