There will be road construction with road closures that will affect your travel time to the venue, please see directions below that correlate with the direction you will be traveling from; Additional info can be found on https://thegardensofcastlerock.com/road-construction-on-hwy-3-chippendale-ave/ From Northfield: ​​​​​​​Drive North on Hwy 3/Chippendale Ave. Turn right (east) on Northfield Blvd. & travel 6 miles Turn left (north) onto Blaine Ave. & travel for 2 miles Turn left (west) onto 260th Street E. & travel for 3 miles Continue through the slight curve north on Biscayne Ave. Continue through the left curve onto 255th Street West/County 80, headed west & travel for 1 ½ miles until you reach Hwy 3/Chippendale Ave. Turn left (south) on Hwy 3/Chippendale Ave. Continue for 3 miles and turn right into The Gardens of Castle Rock From Interstate 35: ​​​​​​​Exit on County 70 & travel east towards Farmington/Lakeville for 4 miles Turn right (south) on Cedar Ave. & travel 2 miles Turn left (east) onto County 78/ 235th Street West & travel 3 miles Turn right (south) onto Denmark Ave. & travel ½ mile Turn left (east) onto County 78/240th St. W & travel for 1 mile Turn right (south) onto Hwy 3/Chippendale Ave. Continue for 3 miles and turn right into The Gardens of Castle Rock From MN State Hwy 52: ​​​​​​​Exit onto Hwy 50 towards Hampton/Farmington & turn west for .3 mile Turn left (west) onto 240th Street East – Be ready, it comes up quick! What time to arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 3:45 for a 4:00 ceremony. The gates will close ahead of this and you will otherwise have to park on the street and walk in. Thank you

Can I leave my car overnight at venue?

Answer

No, cars are not permitted to be left at venue overnight. Please keep this in mind and plan your evening accordingly. We want everyone to be safe and have the best time possible.

Can I smoke onsite?

There is designated smoking areas, please only smoke there.

What should I wear?

Answer

This is an outdoor ceremony and reception. Please dress for Cocktail/garden party, and we request no casual shorts. For example: polo shirts, dress pants, nice sundress/cocktail dresses.

Will transportation be provided ?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation from the Holiday Inn & Suites in Lakeville (see Travel for booking information). The bus will leave the hotel at 3:15 PM for the venue. Return buses will be running around 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Times are subject to change, these will be updated if things change. Keep in mind you may not leave your car at the venue overnight so you will want to plan your evening accordingly.

What is the best way to book a hotel room with the Williamson/Phillips Block?
