Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 P.M. We kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early. This allows time to park and get settled in your seat. If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel to the venue, the shuttle time will begin at 3:00 P.M. The shuttle will be making trips every 20 minutes to the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside in the garden so ladies keep that in mind for stilettos.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us. We will have multiple photographers and a videographer capturing the moment. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures or videos as you would like and do not forget to share them with us!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend. We kindly ask that children be supervised at all times, as there will be breakables at the venue. Please also note that after 9 P.M, the dance floor entertainment will transition to adult-appropriate music.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can not make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... get ready to celebrate!!

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

The shuttle service will begin at 3:00 P.M. to take guests to the ceremony from the hotel. This shuttle will make one last stop at 3:40. Shuttle service will begin again at 8:00 P.M. to take guests back to the hotel. The shuttle will run every 20 minutes.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes, please see the Travel tab above. There will be a block of rooms available under Adams Trachsel Wedding. The rooms are on a first serve, first-come basis.
