Things To Do

While you’re in town for our wedding, we hope you take some time to explore! Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or making a mini vacation of it, here are some of our favorite recommendations nearby.

Falls Park on the Reedy

601 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601

Located right in the middle of downtown Greenville, Falls Park is one of the city’s most beautiful and iconic spots. Walk across the Liberty Bridge for amazing views of the waterfalls, or just relax and enjoy the gardens and green space.

Swamp Rabbit Trail

Swamp Rabbit Trail, Greenville, SC 29607

For anyone who loves walking, running, or biking, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is the perfect spot. This 22-mile paved trail runs between Greenville and Travelers Rest, with multiple access points — including Falls Park in downtown Greenville, just steps away from the AC Hotel. Along the way, you’ll find plenty of breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops to stop and enjoy.

TD Saturday Market

South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601

On Saturday mornings, downtown Greenville comes alive with the TD Saturday Market. You’ll find local produce, fresh flowers, handmade goods, and plenty of tasty treats. It’s a great spot to grab a coffee and wander Main Street while soaking up the local charm.

Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville, Autograph Collection

44 East Camperdown Way, Greenville, SC 29601

Overlooking Falls Park on the Reedy, the Grand Bohemian Lodge offers some of the best views in Greenville. Wander through the beautiful lobby and art gallery, grab a drink at one of the hotel’s bars or restaurants, and be sure to step outside for stunning views of Falls Park. We especially love sitting by the water at Spirit & Bower — it’s the perfect place to unwind.

Gather GVL

126 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC 29601

Gather GVL is an outdoor food hall constructed from old shipping containers, featuring a variety of local food and drink options — there’s truly something for everyone! It’s one of our favorite spots in Greenville to relax, enjoy great food, and take in the lively atmosphere. (Pro tip: don’t miss the frosé — it’s our favorite!)

Breweries

307 East McBee Avenue, Greenville, SC 29601

For anyone who loves a good local beer, Yee-Haw Brewing Co. and Fireforge Crafted Beer are two of our favorites. Yee-Haw offers a lively atmosphere with a big outdoor patio, great food, and plenty of energy. Just a few blocks away, Fireforge is a more laid-back, locally owned brewery featuring creative small-batch beers, a spacious patio, and frequent live music. Both are great places to relax and sip something local.

Restaurants

116 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601

There’s no shortage of great food in downtown Greenville — just take a stroll down Main Street and you can’t go wrong! A few of our favorites include Nose Dive, The Matador, Up on the Roof, and The Lazy Goat. Whether you’re in the mood for casual bites or rooftop views, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
