To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is December 1, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a ‘no’. We need to provide our venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand.
Weather permitting, we would like to have our (quick) ceremony outside. (We will provide Hot Hands for those who need them, but do plan to dress warm for the ceremony!) We have an indoor backup option if needed. The cocktail hour will be in an outdoor tent heated with several large propane heaters. Dinner and reception will be fully indoors.
Our ceremony start time is promptly at 3pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to give yourself time to park and find your seat.
We do have a dress code! Think a step down from super formal but a step up from church clothes. For guys, this can mean suits or dress pants, a button down shirt, and jacket. (Tie optional.) For gals, floor length dresses or tea length would be great. (Remember to dress warm for our ceremony as well so grab that coat!)
We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party. Thank you for understanding!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We'll have professional photographers and videographers documenting the ceremony and would like for everyone to be present with us in the moment. Other than the ceremony, yes please! Take as many photos and videos as you'd like during the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception.
Yes! There will be drinks provided for cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. Drinks are on us...but the hangover is on you ;) But seriously, please plan ahead of time. Have a designated driver or drink responsibly so we can all celebrate safely!
Yes! Parking is available at the venue.
Your presence if the best gift we could ask for! But, if you’d like to honor us with a gift, we will have a gift table and a wedding card box at the venue.
You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website! There are two options to contribute to our honeymoon fund if you wish! (One includes a small fee, the other has no fee.)
