HOTEL GUESTS/SHUTTLE INFO: For all guests who are staying at the hotel, the Shuttle will be arriving at the hotel at 4:15pm and will be leaving for the Venue at 4:30pm SHARP! There is only one shuttle to the venue so please be sure to be outside the hotel at this time!
CEREMONY: The Ceremony will be held outside at the Gazebo. The Ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm. If you are in need of a ride to the Gazebo, there will be staff standing by to give you a ride on a golf cart. Please let a staff member know if you are in need of a ride to the Gazebo for the Ceremony. Golf carts are not to be driven by anyone other than staff members.
COCKTAIL HOUR: Cocktail Hour will begin immediately following the Ceremony, inside the venue.
RECEPTION: Reception will begin at 7:00pm.
RETURN SHUTTLE: Once the Reception is over, the shuttle will take all hotel guests only back to the Hotel.
