Can we park at the venue?

Answer

No, parking is for vendors only. You will need to park at the Soccer Field down the street. A shuttle will be provided from there to the Barn at Trinity Peak. Dousman Transport is also available to shuttle people to and from the venue to The Marriot or The Hilton in Oconomowoc. The shuttle for the ceremony arrives first at the Marriot (2:05pm) leaving at 2:15pm. Then arrives at the Hilton, leaving at 2:30pm.

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we both love children, we ask that you find a babysitter for the evening of our wedding! (Exceptions can be made for immediate family members or those standing up in the Bridal party upon request)

What's for dinner?

Answer

Mission BBQ is providing us with Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac-N-Cheese, Baked Beans, Cornbread, and Buns. Your sauce choices will be Memphis Belle, Smoky Mountain, Tupelo Honey Heat, KC Classic, and Alabama White.

What are our hotel options?

Answer

We have blocks reserved at both the Marriot Towne Place Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn in Oconomowoc. Although you can find many other lodging options nearby.

What time does the party end?

Answer

Everyone should be on their way out by 11pm. Last shuttle for the Marriot or Hilton leaves the Barn at Trinity Peak at 11:30 pm.

Can we have drinks on the dance floor?

Answer

No, the venue is concerned about dropped drinks being a safety risk on the dance floor.

What time does Dousman Transport Bus leave the hotels for the ceremony?

Answer

If you are at the Marriot, the bus will be departing at 2:15 p.m. If you are at the Hilton, the bus will be departing at 2:30 p.m.
