Through the years Katy and Thearie crossed paths time and time again; whether through freshman year softball at North Union, or finding one another at OSU Marion in a geography course that neither could’ve survived without the other. From pre and post exam margaritas at El Camps, to deep life talks, to girls nights and TikTok’s, Thearie has always been a person that SAW Katy, and appreciated just who she was. Their friendship is one that will last to two old women sitting in the sand by the beach and talking about the good old days that aren’t so far gone. A timeless and true friendship. Having friends from middle school is a true testament if you think about it. You’re in the most awkward stage of your life, followed by the dramatics of your teenage years, then comes the distance from going to colleges or moving new places, and the real world of adult life where you rarely have time for yourself let alone friendships. That is the true beauty of the friendship Arianne and Katy possess, through all the highs and lows of life they have been along for the ride with one another, always ready for the next adventure.
