Flight Information for Guests

The best time to book flights will be March - September. For guests arriving from the United States, you can expect prices for as low as $800 round trip per person, up to around $1,200. For guests arriving from Europe, you can expect prices as low as €500 round trip per person, up to around €800. If you find prices above that, you have either booked too early or too late. Wedding activities will begin on December 29th, so the best time to leave would be December 26th, arriving on December 27th. Most flights coming are +1 flights, meaning they arrive the next day. Arriving on the 27th would give guests 2 nights of sleep before the wedding activities begin. Guests can also choose December 27th as their departure date, arriving on December 28th. It just depends on what is feasible for you. We will be organizing activities for those that are arriving on December 27th and 28th.

Hotel

Four Points by Sheraton

We would love for all our guests to be at the hotel that is also the venue for several events. We have blocked most of the hotel and have established a cost of $100 per night for rooms that can accommodate up to three people. The cost includes breakfast, and of course all of the wedding events will cover your other meals. You do not need to make any bookings yourself, but we do need to know if you will be staying at the hotel and for how long, given that people are arriving and leaving at different times. Click "View" to be directed to the google form to give us your information and dates. Of course, if you want to find a cheaper option, Airbnb, other hotels, and hostels are all options. Just keep in mind that Delhi is huge so you want to find a place close to Four Points by Sheraton for the events.

Travel Note

Travel Visa Required for India

All of our guests are required to obtain a travel visa before landing in India. You will need to apply for the e-Tourist visa, an online process that takes approximately 15 minutes. You need a scanned copy of the bio page of your passport and a recent passport size photo. The e-Tourist visa fee is $80-100, depending on your citizenship. Apply for your e-Tourist visa between September and December 1st. If you apply before or after these dates, your visa validity will run out or you may not have enough time to get one.
