The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive 20–40 minutes early to find your seat and get settled.

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary shuttles will run from SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Mills at 2:15 PM and 2:45 PM. Return shuttles will depart the venue at 10:15 PM and 11:00 PM.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a covered patio. The reception will be indoors, with the outdoor area remaining open throughout the evening.

What’s the weather typically like this time of year?

September in Pennsylvania is usually mild, though evenings can be cool. We recommend bringing a light jacket just in case.

We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner with options for all dietary needs. A menu card will be placed at each table, and appetizers, charcuterie, and veggies will be available during cocktail hour.

Yes! We’ll have a fully open bar for guests to enjoy. If you’d like, feel free to bring cash to tip our amazing bartenders.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking on-site. If you’re staying at the hotel, we encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle service.
