Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at or near Town and Country Resort for convenient access to wedding day transportation and events throughout the weekend. We also recommend considering City24 Hotel Little Italy Mission Hill for an additional nearby option.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes. Shuttle transportation will be provided on the wedding day between Town and Country Resort, the ceremony, and the reception. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:45 PM. Guests are welcome to drive separately if preferred, though we strongly recommend using the shuttle for convenience and ease of parking near the ceremony site.

What should I wear?

Answer

Garden Formal/Coastal Formal requested. We invite guests to wear formal attire suitable for an outdoor coastal celebration. Cocktail, midi, or floor-length dresses and suits are all welcome. We’d especially love to see our guests in shades of blue inspired by our coastal color palette, though this is not required. Other weekend events are casual and comfortable attire is encouraged.

Will the wedding events be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors near the coast. The ceremony will be held on grass at Cuvier Park, followed by an outdoor reception patio at ARLO. While patio heaters will be provided during the reception, evenings in San Diego can become cool, so we recommend bringing a light layer.

Are children invited?

Answer

Children are warmly welcome at all wedding weekend events prior to the ceremony. Our wedding ceremony and reception on Sunday will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night celebrating with us!

Will food and drinks be provided at the weekend events?

Answer

Yes! Food and beverages will be available at each hosted event throughout the weekend.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes. Parking information for each event can be found on the individual event pages. Guests attending the wedding ceremony and reception are welcome to park in the parking structure at Town and Country Resort. ARLO will validate guest parking for up to 6 hours.

What should I bring for the beach day?

Answer

Swimsuits, sunscreen, towels, and casual beach attire are encouraged. We’ll provide snacks, drinks, chairs, canopy, games, surfboards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and plenty of beach activities.

Can I attend only certain events?

Answer

Absolutely. All weekend events outside of the ceremony and reception are optional — we’re simply excited to spend time together however you’re able to join us. If you plan to attend any of the weekend events, please be sure to RSVP accordingly so we can plan food, transportation, seating, and activities.
