Question

Can I bring a child or a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating at our venue, invitations are limited to the guests named on the RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you! If your circumstances have changed and you'd like to inquire about adding a partner or child, please contact us directly

Question

What if I have two left feet?

Answer

As you know Krista and David LOVE dancing. The reception will feature all their favorite types of dancing from Waltz and Tango to Country Swing and plenty of Line Dances. We firmly believe that people do not need any training to dance well. God created all our bodies for dancing. That being said if you want to learn some of the dances that will be featured so you can dance along with more joy, please see the spreadsheet linked below for simple instruction on all of the dances that we will for sure feature at our reception. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1V3cVz_EXXcc1yR342Mw-Cw8brWHKEKJrY1g1ZhD8zfE/edit?usp=sharing ** This is not a "clickable" link sadly. Please copy and paste this website address into your internet browser to see it**

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear something that makes you feel like your best self! Please be respectful in your dress during our Church Ceremony. For the reception make sure you can dance in your shoes / boots and outfit. Also there is a dirt path from the parking lot to the reception venue. Our venue will have indoor seating and a large outdoor area to explore as well, weather permitting.

Question

Is the wedding and reception kid friendly?

Answer

We have so many littles that we love and could not imagine excluding them. We are going to try our best to plan our wedding in a way that accommodates our smallest guests. It can be difficult for a small child to sit through a 1 hour mass service if they are not used to it. It is okay to take them outside to play if they need a break. Our reception will be very kid friendly and while there will be some indoor and outdoor activities we also would love to have the littles on the dance floor with us. Reach out to us if you have any suggestions for how to help your littles have the best time.

Question

Is transportation or lodging provided?

Answer

We will not be providing any transportation or lodging for our event. We recommend driving or renting a car as the reception is a 15 minute drive from the ceremony. We also recommend staying at the Seacliff Inn. This is where the wedding party will stay. We do have some discounted rooms available on a first come first serve basis here. Please see our "Travel" section for more details.

Question

Can I take photos at the ceremony ?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place during a Catholic Mass. This is a very special tradition to us and it is very important to us that everyone is present and phones are put away. We will have a professional photo and video team capturing all the best moments during the Mass. Because their movement will be limited during this time, it is even more important that all our guests are enjoying the ceremony and not taking their own photos. Feel free to take photos during the reception as long as it is not interfering with our professional photo and video team. We will also have a photo booth for group shots at the reception.
