Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes- there will be a shuttle from The Hampton Inn & Suites Chadds Ford to The Stone Barn and back! Please meet in the lobby at 1:15 PM for departure to The Stone Barn. There will only be ONE LOOP there. The shuttle will leave from The Stone Barn at the end of the night. There will only be ONE LOOP back to the hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Yes- cocktail attire, please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to The Stone Barn at 2:00 PM.

We have a wedding block set up at The Hampton Inn & Suites Chadds Ford.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at The Stone Barn if you are driving.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes- please note on your online RSVP if you are gluten free, dairy free, vegan etc. Our venue will accommodate to fit your dietary restrictions and allergies!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, our wedding celebration is going to be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
