When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 5th, 2026. We will follow up if we haven't heard from you. If you do not RSVP, we will assume you are not joining us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the outdoor pavilion, just east of the parking lot. Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m. so you can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. Cocktail hour and the reception will follow.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire Suggested. We’re embracing the beauty of the nature center setting with light fabrics, florals, and colorful semi‑formal outfits. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or white.

Is there parking for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes! The entire evening takes place in one location, with plenty of parking available. Guests can leave parked cars overnight for pickup the following day between 9am-11am.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have suggested three different hotels options in the Bayside area under the "Hotels" tab at top of our website. Feel free to select the one the best fits your needs.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course. Please visit our RSVP tab to reply to your invite, select a meal choice, and list any allergies you may have.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, of course. There will be a selection of wine, beer and NA options to choose from all night long.
