What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Be there by 4:15 PM or you'll be watching from your car! Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM. If you plan on taking our shuttle service from hotel to ceremony, be on the shuttle by 4:00 PM.

What time is check-in? Can I check-in early?
Answer
Wyndham Lancaster Resort guarantees rooms to be ready at 4:00 PM. The hotel will honor Early Check-In requests to the best of their ability. Complimentary early check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Is there transportation for wedding guests?
Answer
Transportation will be provided to and from Wyndham Lancaster Resort only. There are other hotels nearby if you choose to stay elsewhere; however, our transportation service will not be available to those locations.

What time does shuttle service run?
Answer
The shuttle will begin taking guests to the venue at 3:00 PM. Last shuttle to venue is at 6:00 PM. Return trips to the hotel start at 8:30 PM.

No. There is a paved parking lot directly adjacent to the venue. Entire venue is handicap accessible.
