They met in Jersey City when they were 10 years old and fell into puppy love instantly. Julie moved abroad to Egypt right before they started high school and moved back 10 years later, after college. As soon as she moved back, Erdwin reached out to her to catch up and it was as if she never left. They stayed up and talked on the phone for hours every night, just like when they were kids. For their first date, Erdwin wanted to take Julie to a fancy restaurant but being that she lived abroad for 10 years, she had never tried five guys so she asked him to take her there. Julie crossed off another bucket list dream when they walked over to Ben & Jerry's for dessert. They ended their night with laughter and a cool summer breeze on their waterfront stroll. Erdwin proposed on August 2, 2019, on their fifth anniversary. Julie had just come home from a month-long trip to Egypt visiting her family and less than 24 hours later they were off to celebrate their 5th anniversary in Punta Cana. As an anniversary present, Erdwin booked a photoshoot to capture their love and milestone. Little did Julie know, it would capture much more than that. Since then it's been an emotional roller coaster trying to plan during the pandemic. Nonetheless, their bond has grown so much during this time and every day that passes reassures them even more that they are soulmates. They cannot wait to celebrate with you.
