Houston is an awesome city for fusion cuisine. Home of ChòpnBlọk, The Post's food court has a bunch of spots that show off the strength of the city's food scene.
More shopping but this time in Katy. This mall is huge and specializes in outlets.

You've got to try kolaches at some point when you're in Houston! They don't necessarily have to be from here you can get them from most Donut shops like Westco Donuts, Best Donuts, Southern Maid, or just Shipley's.

Isn't it just a gas station? No. It's the BEST gas station. (Disclaimer: I haven't been to this specific Buc-ees yet.)
Here's a recommendation for families with little ones. This museum is on the smaller side but has a good amount of activities for kids. For adults interested in museums I'd recommend checking out one of Houston's museums downtown.
This spot is pretty far away from most events we have planned for the wedding weekend so I wouldn't recommend it for Friday or Saturday, but if you've got a free day and enjoy rides Kemah is a lot of fun.
