RSVPs should be complete by 1/1/2023. If you do not confirm by this date, we cannot guarantee that we will have a spot for you. We understand this date seems early, but please keep in mind that our major vendors require head counts 60 days in advance. Please make proper travel and work arrangements in advance. Thank you.
We have a cash registry here on our Zola website. Or you may bring a cash gift as we will have a card box available. We are gratefully requesting cash gifts to help fund our honeymoon, however feel free to gift us whatever you would like.
Please arrive at-least 45 mins prior to ceremony to allow time to park and get seated. So, please arrive approximately 2:45 pm. Ceremony will begin on time and doors will be locked if you are not on time.
We will have beer and wine and a champagne toast. Liquor is prohibited at this venue, please do not bring any on the premises.
Our main color is burnt orange/rust. We have incorporated complimentary colors and vinery as well. Please note: White/Ivory/Burnt Orange colored clothing are reserved for the bridal party and family, however feel free to wear complimentary colors blush pink, purple, sage, etc. Thank you.
No. We kindly ask that you unplug and turn off all devices during our ceremony as we have hired a videographer to record our ceremony and we want them to get the best shots! We promise to share every photo and video with you afterwards.
There is parking onsite at the venue. There are signs posted for parking. Please do not park in the round-a-bout in front of the venue as this is a designated drop off for people who need extra assistance.
Our ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors. Please keep in mind it is February. We expect temperatures to be in the 60s and possibly chillier at night. Please dress accordingly. If there is snow, rain, or freezing temperatures, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
Pets are strictly prohibited on the site. There are other farm animals on site which is why animals are not allowed. Service animals will be allowed with proper documentation but documentation will need to be in hand, per the venue contract.
While we want all of our guests to be comfortable, we do ask you dress as semi-formal as you are able to. We ask that you try your best to refrain from wearing jeans, especially with rips or tears, sweats, workout outfits, T-shirts, hoodies, flashy clothing. Preferable outfit choices include button up shirts, collared shirts, women’s blouses, formal attire, dresses, skirts, slacks, jackets/peacoats, just to name a few ideas. Some of our complimentary colors of you would like to match include sage, blush pink, & purple. We are not picky over your color choice however please do not wear white/ivory or rust/burnt orange, as these colors are reserve for the bridal party.
Yes. However please make sure your plus one is fully accounted for when you submit your RSVP. We can do our best to accommodate late rsvps for our initial invitee, however plus ones MUST be accounted for and RSVP’d by November 31,2022. Plus ones will not be added after this date. Thank you.
While we will allow children at our wedding, please be mindful that our wedding will be recorded by a videographer and we would love to capture our special moment with least distraction as possible. If you feel that your child may not be able to sit through the ceremony without distracting the service, we do ask you try to make other arrangements for your children, such as a babysitter or having them stay with a family member.
There will be an open wine/beer bar. Please please PLEASE bring cash to tip the bartender! They are still technically working!
We do ask that all guests take a COVID test prior to attending our wedding. If you are feeling sick or have been around anyone sick in the prior 2 weeks of our wedding, we ask that you do not come without a negative COVID test. If you are negative COVID and still having symptoms, we ask you wear a mask. We will have elderly and immunocompromised family & friends in attendance and we want to keep all of us and them safe. Feel free to wear a mask. We will not judge you if you don’t, but please give people their personal space when possible.
Smoking is allowed in the parking lot ONLY. If you are found smoking in any area other than the parking lot, you will be asked to leave, no warnings, no discussions. Tobacco products only. Please bring your own ashtray and/or dispose of your butts properly if you are going to smoke. No illicit drugs. Venue owners reserve the right to remove persons and/or involve local police if illegal drugs are found and/or consumed on site.
Please do not post photos on social media until the newlyweds have been able to get their professional photos and post their own first.
